Country music star Kenny Chesney is strumming a goodbye tune to his estate in Franklin, TN.
Available for $14 million, the Mediterranean villa on 56 acres is the most expensive listing in Franklin. The hilltop home was a spec build when Chesney picked it up for $9.25 million in 2009.
Called Bella Luce, Italian for “beautiful light,” the picturesque property has plenty of beauty and light to go around.

With 12,000 square feet of living space and multiple outdoor entertaining areas, the expansive space boasts 150-year-old reclaimed walnut floors, Venetian plaster walls, hand-forged cedar and Douglas fir beams, and limestone fireplaces.
The gated property features a long driveway and motor court. A courtyard with arched windows leads to the front door.
The home has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and two half-baths. A massive main living and dining area features a beamed ceiling, two chandeliers, and glass doors that lead outside. Columns and fireplaces add elegance to the space.
The open kitchen is equipped with a large island, bar seating, double sinks, and double ovens. An office with built-ins comes complete with its own entrance.
The spacious master suite is highlighted by a vaulted and beamed ceiling, and includes a sitting area, dressing room, and French doors that open outside. A private balcony overlooks the manicured grounds.
Other luxe amenities include a home theater, game room, gym, and elevator. There are two garages with space for 10 cars, and a lookout tower.
The acreage boasts an infinity pool and spa, covered terraces, walkways, an outdoor kitchen, and a pond with a dock.
Chesney has collected some drool-worthy real estate, from a home he briefly owned in Malibu, CA, to multiple homes on the U.S. Virgin Island of St. John, according to Variety.
The singer and songwriter has sold over 30 million albums worldwide. His most recent, “Here and Now,” debuted at No. 1, and became Chesney’s ninth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200.
As of 2018, Forbes gauged the country singer’s net worth at $37 million, thanks to his No Shoes Nation fans, who flocked to his Trip Around the Sun tour. He also has endorsement deals with Corona and his own Blue Chair Rum.
